OUR NAME
Iridium is in the ‘platinum group’ of precious metals.
Iridium is rare, hard to obtain, and most commonly found in the extreme temperature of the earth’s crust. Similarly, we believe that the rarest insights into effective communication and performance culture are found in the most acutely pressurised environments imaginable: those in which life and death decisions are made.
